Das Gründerzeithaus im 4. Wiener Bezirk wurde brandschutztechnisch sowie im Bereich der technischen Gebäudeausrüstung umfassend saniert und erweitert. Dabei wurden moderne HKLS- und elektrotechnische Systeme in die Bestandsstruktur integriert und an aktuelle Normen angepasst.

The surgery and operating centre in building 518 has been renovated and modernised with medical technology. This has resulted in additional operating areas as well as office and teaching rooms. Furthermore, the building's energy efficiency has been optimised and it has been equipped with photovoltaic systems.
