Umfassende Sanierung einer Villa im Nobelbezirk Gribovo (Russland) mit moderner TGA sowie einem erweiterten SPA-Bereich.
The project
Eine bestehende Villa im Nobelbezirk Gribovo wurde im Zuge einer Generalsanierung und Erweiterung technisch auf westeuropäischen Standard gebracht. Dabei wurden sämtliche Anlagen der technischen Gebäudeausrüstung erneuert und durch moderne Systeme ergänzt. Der neu errichtete Gebäudekomplex für SPA- und Gästebereiche wurde vollständig in die technische Gesamtstruktur integriert und mit hochwertigen HKLS- und Steuerungssystemen ausgestattet.
