Die Gebäudekomplexe am Potsdamer Platz in Berlin wurden durch ein neues Nutzungskonzept aufgewertet und modernisiert. In diesem Zuge wurden die technischen Anlagen an die aktuellen Regeln der Technik angepasst und neue architektonische Büro- und Mietflächenoptimierungen realisiert.

Furthermore, the building's energy efficiency has been optimised and it has been equipped with photovoltaic systems.
